Clinical Recruiter Summary

We are actively seeking for a motivated Clinical Recruiter that will place the right people in clinical positions across the United States as AMT continues to expand. If you are a self-starter, possess interpersonal skills, are communicative and enjoys the flexibility to work remotely, then this position is for you.

The Clinical Recruiter position is responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for Clinical positions throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. The person will be responsible for the placement of the Clinical Specialist/Account Manager in the United States. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of the Sales Division.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting
• Processes job requisitions
• Build talent pipeline
• Coordinates with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for positions
• Post newly approved positions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and websites
• Maintain the network of candidates via the ATS
• Acts as a liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies
• Screens and interviews applicants including verify licensing for all Clinicians
• Conducts employment references
• Coordinate with Human Resources on new hires
• Completes weekly report on employment activity via (internal portal-BOX) along with logs on open positions and filled positions
• Market open positions that encourages internal/external candidates to apply
• Be in constant communication with hiring managers on status updates specifically with jobs that receive minimal applications
• Partner with SVP and RVPs to recommend recruiting strategies

Skills/Keywords: Qualifications/Skills
• 5 years in Recruitment
• Applicant tracking system experience
• Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel
• Extensive attention to details

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RN or LPN preferred
• Clinical recruiting experienced preferred
