Job Description: Clinical Wound Specialist/Account Manager

Job duties of the Clinical Specialist/Account Manager include territory management, interactions with LTC staff for product utilization, provide education to including educating staff on safe and effective product utilization application. Additionally, as the account manager of the territory this individual is responsible for customer service within the accounts, which includes upselling, customer satisfaction monitoring and outreach for new business in the LTC arena. This role requires a high level of independence and time management to accomplish company and personal territory goals.

Job performance is measured by customer satisfaction, volume of business managed and superior execution of the AMT vision mission: “Improving the quality of life of senior care patients through innovative and value based programs to support their long term care needs across all settings.”
Skills/Keywords: Requirements for consideration include:

An associate degree or higher, experience in wound care, and licensed nurse or physical therapist/physical therapist assistant or higher clinical designation. Additionally, special consideration will be afforded those with wound care certification and experience with technology.
