Here's some info about your role:

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing brand strategies, leading product launch campaigns and implementing existing product brand plans in the advanced wound care market for the US.

In this position, you will work on product life cycle planning, segmentation, positioning and branding while working closely with several departments to provide commercial direction for product specifications and frequently interact with the sales force, managers, clinical staff and key opinion leaders. A successful candidate will have strong marketing and cross-functional leadership skills, have strong orientation to analytics and abilities to present recommendations to management on a routine basis. This role is a blend of strategic and tactical marketing.

Here's example of some of the things that you will be working on and the experience you should have:

Playing a leading role in the development and implementation marketing strategies and tactics in line with the franchise portfolio strategy to drive market share and growth.

Planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies that result in increased customer acquisition, loyalty and conversion.

Launching actionable strategies and tactics that allow us to connect with providers and patients/consumers in a more direct and meaningful way.

Ensuring quality and on-time execution of all campaigns and overall program performance.

Working with data to drive segmentation and enhance effectiveness of campaigns.

Developing and monitoring key campaign metrics and analyze trends to optimize the performance of existing and future campaigns.

Continually identifying new opportunities through distributors and retailers for greater optimization and business impact.

Successful prior experience working with product compliance regulations and understanding healthcare policy and reimbursement.

Partnering with key cross-functional partners including other franchises, Channel team Healthcare Systems, Consumer teams, Finance and, Health Policy & Reimbursement to develop channel and retailer marketing strategies and tactics.

Engaging and managing external resources including agencies and vendor partners.

Developing promotional and reference materials to support field based distributor representatives and retailers including email blasts, web banners, digital messaging, product catalogs and product education/messaging resources.

Supporting design and planning for tradeshows/ conferences/exhibits by producing presentations and materials needed.

Ability to forecast, budget and manage relationships with ad agencies and market research vendors.

Proven abilities to design client ready and executive presentations which are built on quantitative and qualitative data sets.

You will be routinely interacting with the following departments:

US Sales Team

US Sales Management

Health Policy & Reimbursement

Pricing & Contracting

You'll be traveling approximately 30% of the time

Are the following qualifications in line with your qualifications?

Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)

3-5 years of experience in product marketing - executing (medical device, pharmaceutical, etc) successful campaigns and supporting product launches.

Brand marketing experience (Advanced Wound Care preferred).

Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems/data gathered from a variety of sources and through effective decision-making and planning, deliver superior business solutions.

Assisted in and contributed to the development of a marketing plan, including the identification of marketer search needs and a proposed marketing promotional platform.

Participated in and/or assisted with the management of a complex project team that included the development and management of a budget.

Completed and critically analyzed data essential for driving the decision-making process on a project.

Assisted in developing, directing and evaluating the activity of external support resources/agencies.

Proven record of successful project completion.

Intermediate User Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Experience with email content, delivery and engagement best practices
